Cavaliers Unveil Three New City Edition Jerseys
The Cleveland Cavaliers are excited to unveil their new City Edition jerseys for the 2022-23 season. The three jerseys, which will be worn on a rotational basis, pay homage to the team's rich history and the city of Cleveland. The first jersey is a white throwback to the Cavs' 1980s uniforms, featuring the iconic Wine & Gold color scheme and the team's classic logo. The second jersey is a navy blue jersey with a modern design, featuring the Cavaliers' current logo and a subtle nod to the city's Lake Erie coastline. The third jersey is a black jersey with a bold, geometric design, inspired by the city's industrial heritage and the team's unwavering determination. "We are thrilled to unveil our new City Edition jerseys," said Cavaliers President of Basketball Operations Koby Altman. "These jerseys represent our team's rich history and the city of Cleveland. We are proud to wear these jerseys and represent our city on the court." The Cavaliers will debut their new City Edition jerseys on October 19, 2022, when they host the Philadelphia 76ers at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
